5000 text blocks. Every single height is computed without touching the DOM — just prepare() once, then layout() returns the height in pure arithmetic. The masonry layout positions all 5000 cards in under 3ms. Only ~30 are in the DOM at a time (virtualized). Try searching — the entire grid re-layouts instantly because there are zero DOM measurements involved.
